The CyberPower BP72V60ART2U is an extended battery module made to increase the backup time of your Smart App Online UPS, keeping connected equipment running when the power goes out. It works seamlessly with models such as the OL2200RTXL2U and OL3000RTXL2U and installs in either a 2U rack space or a vertical tower position, so you can place it wherever your infrastructure has room.
Inside the metal housing you will find twelve 12 V, 9 Ah sealed lead-acid batteries. They arrive wired and ready, delivering extra capacity the moment you attach the module. A built-in charger that uses Fast Charge Technology brings the batteries to 90 percent of their capacity in about four hours, even if you connect several modules in a chain.
Expansion is straightforward. Plug-and-play DC connectors let you daisy-chain as many as ten modules, giving you flexibility to meet longer uptime targets without changing your UPS. Hot-swappable batteries and user-replaceable fuses simplify maintenance, so IT staff can service the unit while the UPS keeps protecting vital servers, storage arrays, or network gear.
