First hardcover edition, first printing copy of Summer Knight by Jim Butcher (Roc, 2009). Book four in the dark paranormal science fiction / fantasy mystery thriller series, The Dresden Files. An ex-library copy with related stamp to front endpaper and outer edges of text block. Tearing and glue residue to front and rear endpapers where old jacket sleeve was once adhered. Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with some rubbing/scuffing to faces and slight shelf wear around the edges. Slices to top right corner of back cover. Board corners bumped and with staining to bottom fore corner of front board. Binding is loosening, with a few instances of split binding. Tanning pages with some dog-eared and occasional soiling to outer edges of pages from handling and liquid damage to some pages causing waviness. Tearing to top edge of half title page where sticker was removed. See photos for condition.
