When in Alert mode, this rechargeable weather radio automatically broadcasts NOAA emergency weather alerts, and you can also enter up to 25 county codes to receive S.A.M.E (Specific Area Message Encoding) audio alerts with a red/orange/green light indicator. You can easily recharge devices such as smart phones using the 5V—2.1A USB output and included cable, and you can also connect devices using Bluetooth or the AUX in to play whatever audio you'd like. The internal 2600mAh lithium battery is rechargeable via USB, with the solar panel (full charge in 5-6 hours), and with the hand crank (4 minutes cranking produces enough energy for 10-15 minutes of audio). This Eaton radio also includes three lights: a large, dimmable panel light, a bright LED spotlight, and a red emergency beacon. It even has an alarm clock and a headphone jack, too.
