You will be receiving the Xbox 360 Collectors edition and Collectors edition Game Guide with map. The sleeve for the box has some wear. Playing cards are sealed but poker chips and Graphic Novel are opened but in great condition. The “Making of Fallout: New Vegas” movie was never used. There is some light minor scratches on back of game but works well. The Guide is in good condition only a ding towards the top left section of the cover (see 2nd pic).
