The Double Helix by James D. Watson / Easton Press Signed Collector's Edition

This is The Annotated and Illustrated Double Helix by James D. Watson. This is an Easton Press, leather-bound Collector's Edition, that is hand signed by the author and is number 1298 of 1962. The book comes with the slipcase box and is overall in Good condition. The book itself is in great shape. It is very tightly bound, easily readable, with no interior flaws, etc.. The exterior of the book has 3 flaws. There are 2 areas along the green square on the front cover where the green has spots in it where the leather underneath pokes through, very small and hard to see unless really up close. The gold on the right side, visible with the pages pressed shut also has a scuff line through it. Both shown in photos 6 and 7. The slipcase box has a spot on the back with a red line, a spot on the front top right corner with a red line and a spot on the right spine with a red line. The rest is all very light minor marks to the box. All shown in the photos. Nothing major. Smoke & Pet Free Home.
